Sharon Anderson is the Founder/CEO of R.O.S.E.S. Intl Ministries, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 Community Outreach Ministry that caters to the needs of the community. She has worked in the Corporate sector for over 35 years as an Administrator, Coordinator and various other positions. She was also an Entrepreneur of her own business as well. Sharon has always had a heart for people, which explains why the majority of her experience is in the medical field. She has done Medical Billing, Claims Customer Service, Credentialing and finally Electronic Data Interchange. While Nursing was a desire of hers, she felt she would be best suited helping from the administrative role. Therefore, she made sure to work in every one of these positions with the utmost professionalism. Sharon was also an entrepreneur , opening up her own restaurant in the State of Georgia for a year. During that year, she gained invaluable experience regarding business, people and life. She believes, those experiences are what fuels her drive, determination and desire to make R.O.S.E.S. one of the most vital Outreach programs available. Due to personal experiences of her own, Sharon has a heart and desire for single parent women and those that have experienced trauma on all levels of life, mentally, physically and emotionally. She found herself counseling, encouraging, and walking with them through their situations without realizing it. She realized that all her life experiences happened so that she would be able to help others.
Yvonne E. Heyward- Simmons
Yvonne E. Heyward-Simmons is the Secretary of R.O.S.E.S. Intl Ministries, Inc. She handles the administrative department of the business. She has in depth experience in accounting, working for and retiring from the University of South Florida as an accountant for over 35 years. She was primarily responsible for invoicing and processing payments from vendors and Student third party billing. Although retired, she continues to work part time during their registration periods to assist the department in processing these payments. She also worked for 4 years as a Tax Specialist during the peak periods at H&R Block. She studied Computer Accounting at Brannell College.
Dr. Mark T. Jones Sr.
Dr. Mark T. Jones Sr. is the senior leader and founder of Manifestations Worldwide Inc. Dr. Jones was born again in 1992, called and licensed to the gospel ministry in 1994, and ordained as a church Elder in 1997. Apostle Jones was directed of the Lord to establish a church, and the first service was held on July 15, 2001. Dr. Jones and his thriving congregation continue to make a mark locally, nationally and internationally with various in-reach, and outreach ministries that seek to engage the holistic needs of people. In addition to his primary responsibility as Senior leader of the Center for Manifestation, Dr. Jones actively oversees and develops over one and twenty hundred churches and ministries through the Fellowship of Bible-Centered which is designed to assist pastors and ministry leaders in the strengthening and development of their churches and ministries. Dr. Jones is accompanied in ministry by his wife of 27 years, Lisa Jones. He has 2 children, Mark Jr. and Marlesia. Mark and Lisa believe in keeping families strong, and devote themselves to training married couples in the church through marriage enrichment seminars, conferences, and classes. All of Dr. Jones’ focuses and hobbies outside of the church revolve round keeping his family strong.

Jacque A. DuChene-Heyward, MHRD
Jacqueline A. DuChene-Heyward is a Certified Human Resources professional and strategic business partner with a passion for service. She enjoys implementating and managing innovative human capital strategies which positively impact organizational culture and drive business results. As HR Manager at TradeWinds Island Resort on beautiful St. Pete Beach, she is responsible for aligning strategic HR processes with organizational goals and strategy to best serve the Company, Guests, Employee Partners, Investors, and the Tampa Bay community. During her tenure with TradeWinds, Jacqueline been recognized as an exceptional leader, and honored with the Manager of the Year Award for 2017 by TradeWinds’ COO. Before pursuing her vibrant HR career, Jacqueline was a seasoned Investigator for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in the Child Protective Investigations Division. She worked diligently to complete meticulous child abuse investigations with a focus on child safety and healing broken families. She fell in love with helping children and families after performing volunteer work with Champions for Children and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Education is the life-long process that facilitates growth, development, and healing, which is why learning is a guiding principle in Jacqueline’s life. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Tampa, and her Master’s degree in Adult Education and HR Development from the University of South Florida. Jacqueline’s personal trademarks include her conflict resolution skills, coupled with her resilient personality and positive attitude. She is ambitious, collaborative, and eager to disturb complacency and promote healing. Jacqueline champions people through the HR function, and is committed to continuous development and healing via life-long learning, innovation, and overcoming challenge.
Mr. Dontay Williams, PhD-ABD, LPC, CAMS-II
Dontay Williams is a native of Philadelphia PA. His is recognized as a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of GA and is a doctoral candidate at Mercer University for Counseling Education and Supervision. He holds a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta GA. His expertise includes certification as an Anger Management Specialist recognized by the National Board of Certified Counselors and training in topics of Spiritual Integration.
He has had the pleasure of working with both faith-based and nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities as well as various federal agencies. Through such involvements He has provided counseling services, crises intervention, trauma recovery, research, career readiness training, and leadership development.
